In addition to wanting to make each and every wedding the best we've ever done, FineLine Weddings has specific service guaratees outlined below.

Back-Up Equipment Guarantee

All weddings (video and photo) include a back-up camera guarantee.

Cancellation Guarantee

If for any reason FineLine Weddings cancels the service agreement before the wedding all money collected to that point will be returned to the customer.

Turn-Around Time Guarantee

FineLine Weddings gaurantees that your final videos and / or photos will be 100% ready within 8 weeks after your wedding date (unless an additional post-production request by the couple or family adds time). We let all couples know that this 8 week window is usually pretty generous but allows enough time for our extremely large packages that includes lots of additional add-ons.

• Average turn-around time for final video = 2-3 weeks
• Average turn-around time for final photos = 2-3 weeks

30-Day Video Guarantee

After our couples receive their final wedding DVDs, we keep the project alive on our editing computers for 30 days. During this time couples can request minor alterations if an editing mistake was made on our end (for example, a mis-spelling of a name in the credits). After 30 days we close the project and no further edits can be made.

Back-Up Master DVD Guarantee

FineLine Weddings will keep a master copy of your final wedding DVD. This means you can call us several years after your wedding and order more DVDs if anything should happen to yours or if you simply need more copies for family and friends.
