wedding videography video pricing packages Our starting price is designed to give couples the most important items, with production done in 1080 HD and a set of blu-ray and dvd. Additional options are available to customize your videography service to match your needs, expectations, and budget.

Wedding Videography - Standard Service - $1499


What's Included:

  • 1 Lead Videographer - up to 10 hours coverage
  • 1080 HD Production - your day will be captured in full 1080 HD
  • Backup Equipment - 1 back-up video camera
  • Start Time - Bride and groom will determine start time on their video planning form which is submitted a few weeks prior to the wedding
  • 2 Wireless Mics for Ceremony - one mic on the groom + one mic at podium for readings / homily
  • 1 Wireless Mic for Reception - used to capturing amazing sound of your introductions, announcements, toasts, and music
  • 1 two-disc Blu-Ray set and 1 two-disc DVD set - disc 1 will present the professionally edited ceremony and reception events. disc 2 will present the additional, unedited footage from events other than the ceremony and main reception events (ex: getting ready footage, receiving line, exit shot, photo session, cocktail hour, etc.)
  • Chapter Markers and Menu Navigation - both discs will include chapter markers and menus for organizaing your footage and allowing for an easy and navigitable viewing experience.
  • 8 Week Guarantee - Although we typically average 3-4 weeks for turn-around time during peak season (less during off-season), we guarantee in the contract that we will have completed post-production within 8 weeks from the wedding date. We have never missed a deadline, but we do guarantee a payment to you of $50 for each week past the 8 week dealine.
  • Weekly Updates On Your Project - Every Friday after your wedding you will receive an email from staff updating you on the progress of your project and letting you know how much longer we expect it to take until everything is ready for delivery. Unlike other companies, we won't leave you wondering how long it'll be until you get to see your photos and/or video.
  • Up to 50 miles travel (100 miles round trip) - No travel charges for weddings / receptions within a 50 mile radius of our Greensburg office. Travel charges beyond this range are charged at whatever the current IRS travel rate is per mile (ex: $0.50 per mile)

Standard Add-Ons
  • Additional Blu-Ray sets $30 - cost for each additional two-disc blu-ray set
  • Additional DVD sets $20 - cost for each additional two-disc dvd set
  • Full Day Edit $249 - By adding a full day edit, all the footage that appears on disc 2 will now be professionally edited and beautifull woven into your disc 1 allowing for these tender and fun moments to be creatively edited to music. You will still be able to view this footage in its original form on disc 2. (view samples here)
  • Highlight of the Day Video $249 - As an additional feature on your disc 1, footage of your entire day will be edited into one artistic and creative video, retelling the unique story of your day. Highlights are typically between 3.5 - 5 minutes in length and edited to a single music selection - often the couple's first dance song if appropriate. Note that highlights can benefit from the additional coverage made possible with second videographers (view samples here)
  • 2nd Videographer for Ceremony $399 - Ensure better coverage during your live-event ceremony. A second camera allows for an additional angle, more interesting shot selection, safer coverage of each moment of the ceremony, and even provides backup sound. Price includes travel up to 70 miles round trip from our greensburg office, production & equipment, and additional editing of your ceremony as a 2 camera shoot
  • 2nd Half Day Videographer $599 - Half day = up to 5 hours. In addition to the benefits of a second videographer at your ceremony, the additional time can allow for shooting at multiple locations prior to the ceremony (ex: one with girls, one with guys) and even allow for separate production after the ceremony (ex: one with bridal party during photo session and one covering cocktail hour at the reception hall). Price includes travel up to 70 miles round trip from our greensburg office, production & equipment, and additional editing of your ceremony as a 2 camera shoot.
  • 2nd Full Day Videographer $899 - Full day = up to 10 hours. A second full day videographer can be added to cover an additional 3-4 hours during the reception. This usually allows for even more candid moments of guests and family members while one videographer focuses on the events and dance floor activities and the other focuses on activity away from the dance floor. This also makes it much easier to get messages from your guests if this is something you wish to have. Price includes travel up to 100 miles round trip from our greensburg office, production & equipment, and additional editing of your ceremony as a 2 camera shoot.
