Steps for booking fineline weddings

Step 1: Check Availability

Contact us to check availability for your wedding date. Please let us know which service(s) you are interested in, your wedding date. Any information that you can provide regarding your ceremony and/or reception location is very helpful to us.

Step 2: Decide on Level of Service

After confirming our availability, you will want to review our pricing pages to finalize your decision on what level of service you would like to reserve and whether you will need any add-on services such as a second photographer / videographer.

Step 3: Submitting Contract & Deposit

Once you've confirmed our availability and decided on the level of service you would like to reserve, we will need you to print, review, sign, and mail in your contract and a minimum deposit.

  • Minimum deposit = 15% of your sub-total
  • Sales tax of 6% will be included with deposit. For example, a total service of $2000 requires sales tax of $120. The initial deposit will be $300 (15% of sub-total) + $120 (sales tax amount)
  • Checks need to be payable to "FineLine Multimedia" not FineLine Weddings
  • Send contract and deposit to: FineLine Weddings, 138 S. Main St., Greensburg, PA 15601

Step 4: Receiving Contract & Deposit

Once we receive your contract and deposit we will immediately begin processing all your information. During this time we will sign the contract on our end and send you a digital copy of the contract along with a confirmation email that everything has been received. Along with the confirmation email, you will also receive an email containing a link to download your digital planning form. You will be expected to fill out the details of your day on the planning form and mail back to us a few weeks before the wedding date.

Step 5: Payment Installments

After the intial deposit, the remaining balance due will be paid in equal installments. The number of installments depends on when you book with us. For clients who book a year or more in advance, there will be four equal installments at 9, 6, 3, and 1 month prior to the wedding date. A client who books 8 months in advance will pay three equal installments at 6, 3, and 1.

During Step 4 we will figure out the installment dates and amounts for you. When you receive your confirmation email it will include the installment dates and the dollar amount. We also email our couples a week before the installment dates as a reminder.
